To begin I would like to have a one-on-one conversation so I can learn about you, your history with dieting, your lifestyle and your goals. During this conversation, you will learn why it is important to get healthy and how to continue leading a healthy lifestyle. I’ll introduce you to the basics of a healthy lifestyle.
Once we start working together, I will create a personalized plan, customized just for you based on your lifestyle and goals. This plan is unique to you, and it is designed to serve your needs and your objectives. Depending on your lifestyle, eating habits, symptoms and overall health, we will develop a meal plan that will ease you into a healthy and clean lifestyle.
We will meet once a week to evaluate your progress and adjust your diet if necessary. The objective is to achieve a healthier version of you, and we’ll work together to get there quickly and, in a health-conscious way. Finally, my coaching style gives you the tools to continue this path without depending on a coach.
